Plein Air Floral Experience
Enjoy a day of outdoor painting, sketching or photographing at Foraged Florals' flower farm with art educator Lisa Hrabowsky.
A resident of Chester since 1981, Lisa gravitated towards art from a young age starting with pencil and pen sketches and discovering painting for the first time in her teens. Acrylic paint quickly became Lisa’s favourite medium, as she revelled in its ability to bring her bright, funky, and whimsical creations to life.
Lisa will open the day with a quick study on composition and light. Throughout the day she will be available to participants for feedback.
In the flower garden, participants will find two still life arrangements as well as garden flowers with a multitude of vantage points from which to paint.
We'll start at 10:00 sharp, but participants are welcome to come at 9:30 to scout out their preferred spot.
Open to all skill levels, from novice to experienced artists.
Plus, the workshop has an optional fundraising twist!
